Amanda Briggs, M.S., NIC, EIPA 4.0

Amanda is an instructor at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, and a nationally certified American Sign Language Interpreter. She enjoys humorous non sequiturs, a good book, and an ocean view.

In elementary school, Amanda took an after-school sign language program that changed her life.

She has been driven by this direction both in interpreting and instruction ever since. Teaching at Colorado State University, her college students bring a unique energy to the classroom, emboldened by the same curiosity and appreciation she remembers feeling all those years ago. Amanda is blessed to work in such an incredible field with this next generation of inspirational young adults.
